the name's marcelo! i'm a 20-year-old trans and bi chicano (he/she) in my first year of community college. i love music ranging from emo to kpop, sonic and mario games, and both media consumption and creation!

why the title? it's a reference to NASA's pictures of heart-shaped impact craters on said red planet! my closest friends call me mars for short; i thought it was a sweet double entendre. my username "deimostes" is also a reference to one of mars' moons, deimos. (the "tes" part at the end literally means nothing LOL.)

this site is always a work in progress! i'm still learning html/css and i try to tweak things here every once in a while. thx for visiting my corner of the internet!
